My Approach

My Approach

I know how valuable it is to talk to someone who is non-judgmental, neutral and kind, who can help you bring about much needed change. You no longer have to suffer in silence.

I will bring together aspects from my experience in Brainspotting, co-dependency recovery, mindfulness and TA therapy to create a tailored therapy based entirely on you and what you hope to achieve.

If you are eager for change but need a little help in taking the first step, I can offer support, guidance and tools to help you make the changes you want.

David Grand, Brainspotting Therapy founder, says: “We are all unique, precious and magnificent creatures as intricate and complex as a valuable Swiss watch.”

It can take some time to understand our many different parts.  Underneath, we all want the same thing - to be happy and live with ease.

I hope I can help you on your journey.
